"Eating Laba congee" is the custom of Laba Festival. The traditional ingredients of Laba congee include rice, millet, corn, pearl barley, red dates, lotus seeds, peanuts, longan and various beans (such as red bean, mung bean, yellow bean, black bean, kidney bean, etc.).
